Lavender Fritters

Lavender fritters with stems
Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
2 canola eggs
1 cup of flour
Honey to sweeten slightly
Lavender flowers with stems
Coconut oil to fry fritters
1. Mix fritter batter: Mix all the ingredients into a batter
2. Heat coconut oil
3. Take each flower by the stem and cover with batter completely.
4. Place in hot oil, and fry until golden brown.
5. Do not place on tissue paper, as you wish to enjoy the healthy properties of the coconut oil as well
6. Serve as a side dish, or as part of a meal, or enjoy as a snack with cool lemonade in the summer time.
7. Enjoy the explosive taste of the lavender flowers in the mouth.
